West Shore Country Club in Camp Hill, PA is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our people operations during a busy seasonal cycle. This role focuses on recruiting and developing a high-performing team, implementing onboarding, ensuring policy compliance, and administering benefits.

You will partner with the finance team to ensure payroll accuracy using Paylocity, manage annual salary reviews, and drive employee engagement to sustain a strong workplace culture.

Formación

• 3+ years HR experience with managerial responsibilities.
• Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Hospitality or country club experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct full seasonal talent acquisition lifecycle, hiring 100+ staff for peak season.
• Oversee onboarding, policy enforcement, and compliance.
• Administer benefits and annual open enrollment.
• Manage payroll processing and payroll records with Paylocity.
• Lead performance management and annual salary reviews.
• Foster workforce engagement and handle employee relations.
