Job summary

Colleton River Club is seeking an HR Generalist to manage day-to-day human resources operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure confidentiality across the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee inquiries with a service-oriented approach to create a positive employee experience.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance

Qualifications

• 2+ years in human resources or HR administration.
• Experience with onboarding, recruitment coordination, and employee records.
• Payroll processing experience.
• Knowledge of South Carolina employment requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR administration and records.
• Coordinate recruitment, interviews, and onboarding.
• Process payroll entries and timekeeping discrepancies.
• Administer benefits enrollment and retirement plan questions.
• Provide HR guidance to employees and managers.
• Escalate complex cases to the Director of People & Culture.
