Job summary

Woodhill Country Club is seeking an HR Administrator to be at the heart of our team, supporting day-to-day HR operations and collaborating across departments. You’ll coordinate onboarding, ensure compliance, and nurture a positive, professional culture for a member-focused club.

The role emphasizes confidential handling of employee data, benefits, and performance processes, with leadership backing and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 1–3 years HR experience; SHRM certified preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Minnesota employment law and HR processes.
• Experience with HRIS systems and MS 365 suite.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations across all departments.
• Coordinate onboarding, background checks, and offboarding.
• Manage payroll-related tasks with Paylocity.
• Administer benefits, leave programs, and employee relations.
• Assist with compliance, reporting, and annual reviews.
