Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of management experience in retail/hospitality/fitness.
• 2-4 years supervising 3-10+ employees with development outcomes.
• Ability to lead teams with service-first culture.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days; training provided.
• Personal Training certification within 90 days; degree may substitute.
