The role requires 3–5+ years of management in fitness or related sectors, with strong leadership and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of management experience in retail/hacility/fitness industry.
• 2-4 years of progressive management supervising 3-10+ employees.
• Ability to inspire teams and deliver a robust service culture.
• Strong member and staff experience focus with high performance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days; Personal Training cert within 90 days or degree in related field may satisfy.
