24 Hour Fitness in Sacramento is seeking a General Manager to drive membership growth, revenue generation, and operational excellence. You will lead a high-performing team to deliver an exceptional member experience while achieving ambitious sales goals.

Responsibilities include developing strategies to boost membership sales, fitness and retail revenue, overseeing club operations, managing budgets, and ensuring safety and cleanliness.

Formación

• 3-5+ years of management experience in retail/hospitality/fitness with proven success.
• 2-4 years of progressive management supervising 3-10+ employees with measurable development.
• Inspire and lead teams with a strong service culture and accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement strategies to drive membership sales and revenue streams.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Provide coaching and leadership with clear objectives and accountability.
