Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of management experience in retail/hospitality/fitness with proven results.
• 2–4 years supervising 3–10+ employees with measurable development outcomes.
• Strong service culture and leadership to drive member initiatives and team performance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire; company provides training.
• Personal Training certification within 90 days or related degree may satisfy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to drive membership sales, fitness revenue, and other revenue streams.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team with shared goals and a one-team mindset.
• Provide coaching and leadership to the team, setting objectives and delegating responsibilities.
• Build strong relationships with members through a welcoming, community-focused environment.
• Oversee day-to-day club operations, including facility maintenance and cleanliness standards.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize profitability.
• Implement safety protocols in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Engage with the local community and represent the gym at events.
• Develop and execute member retention programs and incentives.
• Promote adherence to policies, procedures, and standards.
