24 Hour Fitness seeks a General Manager in Austin to drive membership sales, fitness revenue, and overall club performance. You will lead a high-performing team, deliver an exceptional member experience, and ensure operational excellence while targeting ambitious sales goals.

The role emphasizes building a culture of accountability, developing a robust service mindset, and maintaining peak business hours alignment. Climb the ladder in a fast-paced fitness environment with community impact.

Formación

• 3-5+ years of management experience in the broader retail/hospitality/fitness industry.
• 2-4 years of progressive management experience supervising 3-10+ employees in a team environment.
• Ability to inspire and lead teams to implement member and team initiatives with service focus.
• Strong focus on delivering an outstanding member and team member experience.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire; company supports training.
• Personal Training certification within 90 days of hire; degree may satisfy certification.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement strategies to drive membership sales, fitness, retail, and other revenue streams, exceeding targets.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team with a one-team mindset.
• Provide ongoing coaching and leadership with clear objectives and accountability.
• Foster a welcoming, community-focused environment to keep members engaged.
• Oversee club operations, including facility maintenance and cleanliness.
