Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members, guests, and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
• Manage the front desk and maintain a clean reception area.
• Assist with member check-ins, reservations, and appointments as needed.
• Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, copying, and scanning.
• Maintain accurate member and visitor information.
• Help with Club events and other administrative projects as needed.
