You will support reservations, events, and general club services at the main reception, ensuring a professional environment. Applicants should have 1–2 years of receptionist or customer service experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and comfort with multi-line phones.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of receptionist, front desk, hospitality, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, multi-line telephone systems, and basic office equipment required.
• Experience with Club management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members, guests, prospective members and visitors with a warm, professional greeting.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls professionally and efficiently.
• Assist members with reservations, guest access, event information, and general Club services.
• Maintain a polished, welcoming reception area reflecting the Club’s standards of excellence.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to relay accurate information and support member communications.
