Life Time in New York seeks an experienced Facility Operations Manager to lead the Ops team, oversee scheduling, and manage budgets and projects. You will train staff, recruit for the department, and maintain a welcoming club environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Building operations experience preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• CPO license (Certified Pool Operator) within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• RecruitOps for the Ops department and advise GM on hiring and promotions.
• Maintain monthly, quarterly and annual department budgets and submit reports.
• Ensure locker rooms, fitness floors and common areas are clean and welcoming.
• Complete ops payroll and monitor labor costs within budget.
• Coach, manage and schedule up to 40 team members.
• Train staff through orientation, direction, and feedback.
• Oversee maintenance and repair projects and coordinate with departments.
