Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Lead Facility Operations leader in Massachusetts to oversee the club's Operations department, ensuring cleanliness standards, training, scheduling, and payroll budget management. You will mentor a team and work with leadership to recruit and develop staff.

The role requires 2 years of management and building operations experience, CPR/AED and a CPO license within set timeframes. Competitive hourly wages accompany full-time employment and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of management experience.
• Building operations experience required.
• CPR/AED certification due within 30 days of hire.
• Certified Pool Operations (CPO) license within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure locker rooms, fitness floors and common areas are clean, tidy and welcoming.
• Coach, manage and schedule up to 30 team members.
• Train staff through orientation, direction and feedback.
• Recruit for the Operations department and advise GM on hiring and promotions.
• Maintain monthly, quarterly and annual department budget; submit reports to GM.
• Complete payroll and ensure labor costs stay within budget.
