Life Time in New York is seeking a Facility Operations Manager to lead the Operations department of the club. You will provide ongoing training for all Ops team members and handle all work scheduling, while overseeing the department's budget, staffing, and projects.

Responsibilities include recruiting input on hiring and promotions, maintaining budgets and financial reports, keeping facilities clean and welcoming, processing payroll, coaching up to 40 staff, training through orientation, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years of management experience is required.
• Building operations experience is required.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• Certified Pool Operator license (CPO) within 6 months of hire.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs and move around the club.

Responsibilities

• Recruits for the Ops department and provides input on hiring and promotions.
• Maintains department budgets and submits monthly financial reports.
• Ensures locker rooms, fitness floors and common areas are clean and welcoming.
• Completes payroll and monitors labor costs within budget.
• Coaches, manages and schedules up to 40 team members.
• Trains staff through orientation, direction, and feedback.
• Oversees maintenance and repair projects across the club.
