Job summary

Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's CLUB Membership Manager leads the CLUB credit program and the CLUB customer experience across the store. This salaried leadership role partners with the General Manager and outfitters to drive CLUB promotions, coach staff, and ensure a memorable customer journey.

The role requires 2–4+ years in sales or leadership, and a focus on coaching, accountability, and team performance in a fast-paced retail environment. Expect dynamic shifts and strong CLUB alignment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2–4+ years in Sales, Management, or Leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive the CLUB credit program and CLUB customer experience.
• Lead and train store leadership and outfitters, acting as a coach of coaches.
• Serve as primary CLUB liaison to ensure knowledge of promotions and programs across the store.
• Design and execute CLUB initiatives to improve customer metrics and compliance.
• Coordinate CLUB events and engage in on-site and off-site activities.
• Support store leadership during Manager on Duty shifts.
