Job summary

Planet Fitness Great Falls is seeking a Club Manager to oversee daily club operations, ensure a welcoming ‘Judgement Free’ environment, and drive member satisfaction. You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, manage scheduling and HR forms, and uphold a safe, clean facility.

You will monitor KPIs, handle member accounts and payments via the POS system, assist with membership sign-ups, and coordinate marketing promotions.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office).
• Superior problem solving skills and strong leadership/diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Create staffing schedules and ensure shifts are covered.
• Lead and coach staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Prepare and submit HR related forms in a timely manner.
• Resolve employee issues professionally and manage terminations as needed.
• Oversee front desk, greet members, and manage check-ins and sign-ups.
• Process POS transactions for beverages or merchandise.
• Utilize POS system for memberships, addresses, billing questions.
• Manage club budget, supplies, and track KPIs.
• Conduct daily bank deposits and oversee marketing promotions.
