Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience preferred, preferably in fitness.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and diplomacy.
• Passion for health and fitness.

Responsibilities

• Create staffing schedules ensuring all shifts are covered.
• Lead by example and coach staff to deliver excellent service.
• Prepare and submit HR-related forms promptly.
• Resolve employee issues professionally and fairly.
• Manage disciplinary and termination activities.
• Provide backup support when employees are absent.
• Greet members, answer phones, and assist with inquiries.
• Check-in members, sign up new members, and log amenities.
• Process POS transactions for beverages or merchandise.
• Oversee front desk cleanliness and facility upkeep.
• Monitor KPIs, track guest counts, cancellations, and info calls.
• Coordinate club supplies within budgeting guidelines.
