Proper Solutions is seeking a warm, polished professional to serve as the central connection between members and the Club team. This hybrid role blends club operations, member relations, and personalized hospitality to ensure visits are coordinated, welcoming, and seamless.

The ideal candidate will manage behind-the-scenes logistics and engage directly with members, anticipating needs, resolving challenges, and helping create an exceptional club experience for members and staff.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate member schedules, arrivals, reservations, and visit logistics.
• Maintain seamless clubhouse operations and aligned daily priorities.
• Provide proactive, personalized service before, during, and after visits.
• Manage supplies, vendor information, and maintenance coordination.
• Support events and catered functions as needed.
