Job summary

Walmart's Sam's Club in Michigan is seeking a people-focused onboarding and training leader to drive successful new-hire integration, ensure adherence to policies, and support a culture of integrity and service.

You will coach teams, manage I-9 compliance, promote learning, and partner across departments to reduce turnover and strengthen club operations, empowering associates to deliver outstanding member experiences.

Qualifications

6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment and 6 months customer service.
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Lead rollout of new tools, technologies, and processes to improve club efficiency.
Coordinate onboarding to align new associates with operations and Sam's Club values.
Facilitate orientation sessions and oversee I-9 documentation compliance.
Provide guidance on systems, safety practices, and operations to associates.
Promote a collaborative, people-first environment to boost engagement and retention.
Collaborate across departments to drive adoption and career growth through coaching.
Ensure operations align with strategic goals and maintain safety standards.
