Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register) and 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Leads rollout of tools, technologies, and processes to improve club efficiency and member experience.
• Coordinate onboarding to adapt to club operations in first 30, 60, 90, and 180 days.
• Facilitate orientation sessions aligned with Sam’s Club values and onboarding goals.
