Formación

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash register).
• 6 months customer service experience.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new associates and ensure adaptation within 30, 60, 90, and 180 days.
• Oversee I-9 documentation and onboarding compliance.
• Provide guidance on systems, safety practices, and procedures.
• Promote a collaborative, people-first environment to boost engagement and retention.
• Coordinate cross-department efforts to drive adoption and thoughtful change.
