Job summary

Walmart and Sam’s Club are seeking a dedicated leader to oversee onboarding, training, and development for new associates at our San Marcos, TX location. You will guide orientation sessions, ensure I-9 compliance, and promote a culture of continuous learning and safety.

You will drive associate engagement, retention, and career growth while aligning with Sam’s Club values and operational goals, fostering a collaborative, people-first environment across teams.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment and 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead the rollout of tools, technologies, and processes to improve club efficiency and member experience.
• Coordinate onboarding efforts to ensure new associates adapt to club operations within their first 30, 60, 90, and 180 days.
