Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking an experienced leader to assist management in supervising associates, assigning duties, and training staff to deliver exceptional member service. The role emphasizes safety, policy compliance, and teamwork to maintain a well-organized sales floor and efficient Club Pickup operations.

You will oversee ecommerce programs, resolve member issues, audit orders for accuracy, and support performance metrics and process improvements across the club.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates in assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, and training on processes and procedures.
• Provide direction to associates on member service approaches to resolve complaints per guidelines and ensure safety compliance.
• Oversee Club Pickup and other ecommerce programs (Ship From Club, etc.), audit online feedback, resolve customer issues, and escalate unresolved items to management.
• Monitor metrics and performance, adjust staffing and processes to meet service level goals, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure maintenance of sales floor and merchandise presentation, handle claims/returns per policy, and secure fragile/high-shrink items.
• Support the Open Door Policy and participate in recruiting, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating associates.
