Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver seeks a Club Director to lead operations, budget, and youth programs at a Crawford Club site. You will cultivate community partnerships, oversee staff, and ensure high-quality experiences for members and families.

In this full-time role, you will drive program quality, safety protocols, and strategic initiatives while coordinating with school systems and district partners to expand impact across the Denver area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of progressive experience serving youth with leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to plan and evaluate youth development programs.
• Knowledge of performance management and budget oversight.
• Strong communication and community engagement skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead club operations KPIs (ADA, RM, AM, FA) to drive operational excellence.
• Administer NYOI and SELPQA assessments with the Impact team.
• Manage the fee model balancing accessibility with fiscal sustainability.
• Align club expenditures with the annual budget and reporting.
• Foster a youth-centered culture and trauma-informed programming.
• Supervise a team of 4–10; coach and evaluate staff performance.
• Build partnerships with schools, community, and corporate partners.
• Plan and execute high-impact events and family orientations.
• Oversee facilities, transportation, food service, and safety initiatives.
