Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years or more of Youth development experience strongly preferred.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Youth programming experience preferred.
• Experience working with diverse populations and maintaining professional relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations with a focus on outcomes and program delivery.
• Supervise and train staff; oversee staff evaluations and development.
• Manage program development, facility operations, and community relations.
• Ensure attendance, reporting, and data entry using relevant systems.
