Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver seeks a Program Manager to coordinate youth programming across two club locations, ensuring engaging, outcomes-driven experiences for members. The role includes supporting staff, planners, and partners to deliver high-quality programming aligned with BGCA standards.

The Manager will split time between two clubs, providing training, resources, and coaching while maintaining safe staffing and strong family engagement.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or coursework toward a bachelor’s degree in education, youth development, human services, or related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong English proficiency is required for effective communication with staff, members and families.
• Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead youth program planning across two clubs to ensure high-quality, outcomes-driven programming.
• Provide training and coaching to staff to ensure fidelity and program quality.
• Collaborate with Club Directors, staff and community partners to implement program maps and schedules.
