Job summary

Omaha Public Schools Foundation in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a Site Director for Kids Club. This leadership role oversees daily operations, safety, staffing, and regulatory compliance to deliver a safe, engaging program for children.

You will supervise staff, manage records, schedules, and menus, and ensure licensing requirements are met while maintaining strong communication with parents and school partners.

Qualifications

• Must meet Nebraska DHHS qualifications, including CPR/First Aid certification.
• Must have 3000 hours of verifiable childcare experience unless otherwise qualified.
• Annual health examination form and felony statement required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and well-being of each child.
• Supervise and interact with children at the site, including discipline as needed.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and staff/child ratio requirements.
• Keep and post daily schedules and menus; maintain attendance and sign-in/out records.
• Submit payroll, attendance reports, and site records to OPSF as required.
• Train the assistant director and supervise site staff.
• Interact with parents and school principal; coordinate with staff meetings.
