Job summary

Invited in Houston, TX is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily food and beverage operations at the club restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to standards. You'll participate in service during high and low volume periods and support training and event setups.

Reporting to Restaurant Manager or Directors, you will supervise service staff, manage reservations, and maintain knowledge of menu and beverages while upholding safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or club-related food & beverage.
• Preferred certifications: ServeSafe, ABC, CPR.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Invited service standards and supervise service staff.
• Oversee food and beverage service to members and guests.
• Directly and indirectly supervise staff to ensure quality and guest experience.
• Execute orders and special requests accurately.
• Participate in training and service line-ups as needed.
• Review reservations and function sheets for events.
• Open and close shifts and ensure room setup aligns with bookings.
