Job summary

Invited Clubs in Trophy Club, TX is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily food and beverage service at the club’s dining outlets, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to standards.

You will supervise service staff, manage reservations, train team members, and maintain clean, organized dining spaces while ensuring safety guidelines.

This role requires a high school diploma and at least two years in restaurant or club settings; ServeSafe, ABC, and CPR certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the restaurant or club‑related field within the food & beverage industry.
• Preferred certifications include ServeSafe Food Handlers’ Certificate, ABC Certification, and CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the service of food and beverages to members and guests, ensuring adherence to Invited’s standards of service and excellence.
• Directly and indirectly supervise service staff to ensure consistent service quality and exceptional member and guest experience.
• Assist in implementing training and incentive programs to maintain a well‑trained staff focused on achieving service excellence.
