Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage service and delivering friendly guest experiences.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to support dining operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent and completion of service training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage service with warmth and accuracy.
• Greet guests by name when possible and maintain station cleanliness.
• Assist teammates and ensure a smooth member/guest dining experience.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues using service recovery practices.
• Attend to daily duties, restock and follow safety and cleanliness standards.
