Planet Fitness in Savannah, GA is seeking an Assistant Manager to support club operations and deliver a exceptional Judgement Free Zone experience. You will lead and train team members, oversee onboarding, and drive KPI results alongside the Club Manager.

Qualifications

• 9–12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• 9–12 months of experience supervising and leading a team is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members to complete tasks in a safe, efficient manner.
• Coach and inspire others to deliver an outstanding member experience.
• Assist in resolving employee concerns and provide backup staff as needed.
• Manage inventory and ordering of club supplies and retail products.
• Track KPI data and partner with the club manager on improvement plans.
• Support hiring and onboarding of new team members.
