Job summary

Sonora Quest Laboratories/Laboratory Sciences of Arizona (SQL/LSA) is seeking an IT System Engineer II to design, deploy, and support cloud-based voice, IVR, and omnichannel routing solutions that keep our patients and care teams connected.

You will work across telecom, network, and applications teams in a healthcare setting, owning platform lifecycle, security, reliability, and automation to deliver high-availability services with minimal downtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field or equivalent education and experience.
• 3 years’ experience in enterprise engineering, cloud, systems, collaboration, communications/contact center, or related technical role.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate enterprise technology platforms and services.
• Lead in projects and migrations with minimal downtime.
• Integrate and optimize cloud, collaboration, and enterprise communications.
• Apply security, reliability, and automation best practices.
• Provide technical guidance across telecom, network, and application teams.
