Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering or equivalent.
• 3 years in enterprise engineering, cloud, or related technical role.
• Experience with cloud, SaaS, hybrid, highly available environments.
• Familiarity with UCaaS/CCaaS platforms.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
• Certifications (Azure/AWS/VMware/M365/Five9) preferred.
