Qualifications

• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a global team providing 24x7 customer support for Google Cloud Platform products.
• Diagnose, resolve, or implement tools to improve productivity for customer issues.
• Act as a consultant and SME for sales and customers to resolve deployment obstacles.
• Develop knowledge of Google product technology and architectures, building tools for faster diagnosis.
• Collaborate with Product and Development teams to improve supportability and production quality.
