Job summary

ControlMonkey LTD. is hiring a Sales Engineer in the UK to bridge customer requirements with our cloud‑first platform.

You will work with Account Executives to understand environments, design tailored solutions, and deliver compelling product demos that illustrate tangible business impact. You will lead hands-on POV/POC initiatives, engage with engineers and business stakeholders, and contribute to deal strategies while supporting post‑sales adoption and ongoing customer success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Sales Engineering or a similar technical role in B2B SaaS.
• Strong background in cloud infrastructure, DevOps or platform tech.
• Able to support complex sales cycles with AEs across time zones.
• Hands-on experience running POCs/POVs, including setup and troubleshooting.
• Experience with post-sales processes, including QBRs/EBRs.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
• Experience engaging with engineers and business decision-makers.
• Familiar with MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.
• Strong communication and live demos and whiteboarding.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup with evolving product/processes.
• Willingness to travel for customer engagements.

• Discovery & design tailored solutions aligned to customer goals.
• Deliver compelling product demos for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead hands-on POV/POC evaluations to prove business impact.
• Engage with engineers, architects and DevOps throughout evaluation.
• Collaborate on deal strategy and technical win themes.
• Own technical responses in RFP/RFI processes.
• Develop reusable demo assets and technical content.
• Represent the company at webinars and events.
• Support post-sales activities and customer adoption.
