Job summary

Artos AI seeks a Technical Solutions Engineer to bridge engineering and customer success in a hands-on, customer-facing capacity. You will serve as the primary technical contact for customers deploying Artos in cloud environments or BYOC, guiding installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and scale.

Qualifications

• Experience debugging production systems.
• Ability to deploy or support cloud-native apps (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong written communication and ability to document technical processes.

Responsibilities

• Own customer technical success as the primary technical contact for Artos deployments.
• Help configure infrastructure, permissions, networking, authentication, and deployment requirements.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues during implementation and production usage.
• Trace issues from symptoms to root cause using logs, infra, and code; escalate when needed.
• Create and maintain deployment guides, architecture references, and security/compliance docs.
