Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise IT applications including hands-on software development or DevOps
• 2+ years architecting/operating solutions on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP/OCI)
• 8+ years of technology solutions development and roadmaps guiding IT transformations to the cloud
• 3+ years of managing technical, enterprise customer-facing resources

Responsibilities

• Build and migrate applications to the AWS platform, modernizing software and services
• Hire, onboard, and develop Solutions Architects from internal and external sources
• Educate customers on AWS value, participate in architectural discussions for cloud deployments
• Coach architects to transfer deep technical skills to customers
• Share best-practice knowledge within the AWS solutions architect community
• Drive cloud adoption strategies addressing financial services needs and regulatory requirements
