Oracle Corporation seeks a senior leader to head its Multicloud Tiger Team in the United States. You will guide a 7–8 person group responsible for migrating critical database workloads across Oracle Database@AWS, Database@Azure, and Database@Google Cloud.

Work with sales, account engineering, and product management to drive customer adoption and ongoing consumption, and shape Oracle’s multicloud strategy across Manufacturing, Transportation, Energy & Utilities, and Retail.

Lead Oracle’s Multicloud Tiger Team and help customers bring their most important database workloads to Oracle Database@AWS, Database@Azure, and Database@Google Cloud. In this role, you will combine people leadership, technical expertise, and customer engagement to turn complex business requirements into practical multicloud solutions.

You will manage and develop a team of 7–8 multicloud Tiger Team members supporting Manufacturing and Transportation, Energy and Utilities, and Retail. Working closely with sales, account engineering, product management, and hyperscaler partners, you will help identify, advance, and close strategic opportunities while driving customer adoption and ongoing consumption.

This is an opportunity to develop a specialist Tiger Team, shape strategic customer decisions, and expand Oracle’s multicloud business across three major industry groups.
