Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Training Specialist to conduct hands-on virtual and classroom instruction for Cloud software technologies within Global Education. You will support ongoing training activities, tailor the customer education experience, and facilitate classes using live software environments and minimal slide content.

The role requires teaching experience across end users to system administrators in public safety, strong initiative, and the ability to travel up to 50% for client

Qualifications

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification
• 1+ years of experience with Motorola Solutions customer software
• 3+ years of technical training experience
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (domestic and occasional international)
• Ability to conduct in-person and virtual training sessions

Responsibilities

• Teach and instruct agency customers and staff on complex software products and services
• Conduct virtual and on-site training for CommandCentral software and third party integrations
• Present training using Zoom, Google Meet, Google Slides
• Manage communication with customer and internal stakeholders related to the project and training schedules
• Compile comprehensive training and technical documents and course material
• Measure knowledge transfer and training effectiveness
• Operate under supervision from the CommandCentral Training Team Manager
