Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver hands-on virtual and classroom instruction for Cloud software technologies within Global Education. You will support ongoing training activities with a focus on user experience, customer workflows, and quality of training.

The role requires a mix of initiative, instructional experience, technical background, and adaptability to tailor the customer education experience for end users to system administrators in the Public Safety

Qualifications

• Teach and instruct agency customers on complex software products and services.
• Conduct virtual and on-site training for Motorola CommandCentral software and third-party integrations.
• Present training using Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Slides.
• Measure knowledge transfer and training effectiveness.
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Teach agency customers and staff on operating methods of complex software products and services.
• Conduct virtual and on-site training for Motorola CommandCentral software and integrations.
• Present training using Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Slides.
• Manage communication with customer and internal stakeholders on project and training schedules.
• Compile comprehensive training and technical documents and course material.
• Measure knowledge transfer and training effectiveness.
• Operate under supervision from the CommandCentral Training Team Manager.
