Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business, systems, or financial analysis (gov/enterprise IT preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Understand Cloud CITI services to support Mission Owners through the system life cycle.
• Manage demand changes and system upgrades.
• Serve as a key contact for Mission Owners to facilitate support and escalate issues.
• Coordinate with Cloud Supporting Services IPT and Division.
• Maintain CODEC dashboard accuracy and reporting.
• Answer calls, emails, and chats about data center services, billing and account management.
• Assist clients with provisioning servers and scaling infrastructure.
• Develop SOPs and process workflow diagrams.
• Perform other ad hoc duties to support the division.
