Modus21, LLC in Charleston, South Carolina seeks a Business Relationship Manager to guide DoD data center services through the full system life cycle. You will be the primary liaison for Mission Owners, coordinating with technical teams and supporting SLA management to ensure reliable hosting and operations.

You will analyze customer needs, manage demand changes, and help drive upgrades, SOPs, and incident resolution.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field.
• 3+ years in business analysis, systems analysis, or financial analysis.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and cloud computing concepts.
• Ability to analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
• Proficient in MS Office; ServiceNow experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Understand the Cloud CITI services to support Mission Owners through the system life cycle.
• Manage demand changes and system modernizations or upgrades.
• Serve as a key point of contact for Mission Owners to facilitate support and elevate customer issues.
• Coordinate with Cloud Supporting Services IPT and Division.
• Manage/verify information in the CODEC dashboard.
• Answer calls, emails, and chats regarding data center services, billing, and support.
• Assist clients with provisioning new servers and scaling infrastructure.
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve critical incidents.
• Assist in developing SOPs and process workflow diagrams.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as needed.
