Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in IT, CS, cybersecurity, information systems, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise identity, cloud productivity, or endpoint management.
• Experience with Windows environments and directory services.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems and document systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer Google Workspace for Education and Microsoft 365 services.
• Manage Active Directory and Entra, SSO, and MFA.
• Develop and maintain secure identity lifecycle processes.
• Oversee cloud file and collaboration services and endpoint management.
• Automate provisioning and administrative workflows.
• Maintain security and documentation for assigned services.
