Job summary

Hocking College is seeking a Cloud Services Administrator to oversee theCollege's cloud-based technology services, identity platforms, collaboration systems, and related digital infrastructure. You will serve as the primary service owner for cloud productivity and identity environments, including Google Workspace for Education, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in IT, computer science, cybersecurity, information systems, or related field.
• Experience administering cloud productivity and endpoint management technologies.
• Experience supporting Windows environments and directory services.
• Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Administer Google Workspace for Education and Microsoft 365 services and licensing.
• Manage identity and access, including SSO and MFA, across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Develop and maintain secure identity lifecycle processes with stakeholders.
• Lead cloud file and collaboration services migration and governance.
• Maintain security controls and monitor cloud service health and usage.
• Document configurations and procedures for continuity of coverage.
