Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Microsoft 365 tenant including Exchange Online and SharePoint.
• Provision and deprovision user accounts per policies.
• Manage licensing assignments, renewals, audits, and optimizations.
• Provide daily operational support for Microsoft 365 incidents and requests.
• Assist with Google Workspace administration as needed.
