The University of the Cumberlands seeks a Microsoft 365 Administrator to manage and support the university’s Microsoft 365 environment, including user accounts, licensing, mailboxes, and related services. This role emphasizes strong customer service and reliable daily operations.

Responsibilities include administering Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive, plus contributing to Google Workspace administration as needed to support growth and flexibility across cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Administer and maintain the Microsoft 365 tenant including Exchange Online and SharePoint.
• Provision and deprovision user accounts per policies.
• Manage licensing assignments, renewals, audits, and optimizations.
• Provide daily operational support for Microsoft 365 incidents and requests.
• Assist with Google Workspace administration as needed.
