Job summary

Wiz seeks a Solutions Support Engineer to join a global team delivering outstanding technical support. You will troubleshoot complex issues across networking, systems, and code, while contributing to scalable, automated solutions and documentation.

This role emphasizes cross-team collaboration and customer excellence. You will work with production-grade Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and scripting to improve support delivery.

Qualifications

• Native Brazilian Portuguese speaker with fluent English.
• Willing to work 10:00–19:00 BRT.
• 5+ years in hands-on customer/technical support, system administration, or related roles.
• 2+ years of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• 1+ years designing, deploying, and managing production-grade Kubernetes clusters and custom applications.
• Experience reading or debugging code in Java, Python, Shell, JavaScript, or JSON.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical customer support experience within the Wiz product.
• Own, troubleshoot, and resolve customer technical issues collaborating across teams.
• Escalate cases technically or strategically when needed.
• Create, maintain, and coordinate incident management requests to product or engineering.
• Design and implement scalable solutions to automate the support offering.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours, holidays, and weekend coverage.
