CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer III - Cloud Security (FCS Registration) in a hybrid role in New York, NY. You’ll build Go microservices, RESTful APIs, and scale a CSPM platform, working end-to-end on cloud security for customers.

The role emphasizes ownership, code quality, rapid prototyping, and collaboration across teams, with strong emphasis on deploying secure cloud workloads using modern tech stack and observability practices.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident and work solely from U.S. soil.
• Experience programming in Go and building RESTful services.
• Hands-on with cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP) and IaC tools.
• Docker/Kubernetes experience with Helm for deployments.
• Strong SQL skills and PostgreSQL familiarity; data modeling.
• Experience with distributed systems and debugging complex issues.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled decision-making in workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop Go-based microservices to support CSPM features and APIs.
• Own delivery of projects with high complexity and quality.
• Implement robust testing, code reviews, logging and monitoring.
• Work with Kafka, Cassandra/Elasticsearch or PostgreSQL for data.
• Provide on-call support and contribute to architecture improvements.
• Help secure cloud workloads end-to-end for CrowdStrike customers.
