Job summary

CrowdStrike, a global leader in cybersecurity, is building the next generation cloud technologies. You’ll join a fast-moving team taking a blank-slate approach to scaling our systems and using AI to stop breaches.

Note: This is a hybrid role based out of our offices in Redmond, WA, Sunnyvale, CA, Austin, TX, NYC, or Toronto with an expectation of being in the office at least 2 days per week.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of experience building and operating high-volume, highly resilient Tier-1 cloud services and systems.
• Strong knowledge of Go, Java, or similar technologies.
• Ability to move fast and deal with ambiguity while leading collaboration across teams.
• Experience driving technical decisions across groups and stakeholders.
• Passion for developing teams through code reviews, design reviews and mentorship.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement major components of our new cloud architecture with senior technologists.
• Deliver low-latency and highly scalable services.
• Partner with desktop agent and AI teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in hiring, design reviews, post mortems, and team skills.
