CrowdStrike is seeking a seasoned software leader to help define and implement scale-out cloud components. Join a fast-moving team transforming security with an AI-native platform and work across Go, Java, and related tech to deliver low-latency, resilient services.

You will collaborate with desktop agent and AI teams, drive design reviews, and mentor engineers while advancing CrowdStrike's mission to stop breaches and protect customers globally.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years of experience building and operating high-volume, highly resilient cloud services.
• Strong knowledge of Go, Java, or similar technologies.
• Ability to move fast and deal with ambiguity while leading collaboration across teams.
• Experience driving technical decisions across groups and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts in defining and implementing significant components of our new cloud architecture, collaborating with our most senior technologists.
• Deliver low-latency and highly scalable services.
• Partner closely with our desktop agent and AI teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in hiring, design reviews, post mortems, and growing the technical skills our team needs to excel.
