Job summary

TrustedTech is seeking a Project Coordinator for Professional Services to manage project provisioning, scheduling, and stakeholder updates. You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure initiatives align with objectives and comply with SOPs and contract requirements.

Responsibilities include translating SOWs into plans, building launch strategies, and tracking progress across multiple projects using our PM/PSA platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• 5+ years of project management or coordinator experience (cloud solutions preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering white-glove service.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Guide projects from initiation through completion, including kickoff and post-project evaluations.
• Translate signed SOW into a project plan, assist with scheduling and timeline setup.
• Create launch strategies and schedules for customer engagements, coordinating resources to meet objectives.
• Provision new projects in our PM/PSA platform, ensuring proper setup before kickoff.
• Serve as the central communication link between clients, internal teams, and external partners.
• Maintain relationships with clients and vendors through transparent communication.
• Track partner contributions and flag bottlenecks for resolution.
• Document escalations and maintain accurate project hours for reconciliation.
• Observe and develop SOPs, ensuring compliance and process improvements.
• Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules and monitor milestones.
