Job summary

Verint Systems Inc. is seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer to join our Cloud Operations team in Virginia. You will manage production cloud infrastructure across the Verint product portfolio, troubleshoot incidents, and upgrade platforms to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Cloud Operations and Systems Administration
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3 years experience managing Windows and Linux solutions
• Strong experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
• 3 years experience working in Windows Server administration and cloud platforms
• 3 years experience working with Web-Based solutions including WebLogic and Tomcat
• Knowledge of Operating Systems Management, SQL Server, Networking Principles and best practices
• Experience dealing directly with clients in a support, project or delivery role
• 2 years experience working in ITIL Framework including Incident, Problem and Change Management
• Ability to work effectively in a distributed environment

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain production environment infrastructure across the Verint portfolio in the Cloud and their underlying platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Cloud Infrastructure.
• Upgrade and modify infrastructure to support client and business needs.
• Provision new environments and infrastructure for the Verint product portfolio.
• Collaborate with Support, Engineering, and Professional Services on internal initiatives and client projects.
• Work with AWS, Azure, GCP, Windows and Linux EC2 instances, deployment pipelines, SQL Server.
